Features of mechanism of realization of credit policy in the region (on an example of the Oryol province of the end of XIX - the beginning of the XX century)

In the article specifics of formation and the main directions of realization of credit policy in the Oryol province at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries is investigated. Use of methods of direct and indirect regulation of the market of the loan capital within protectionist policy of the state is presented. The state financial control as the most important condition of ensuring efficiency of credit policy is considered.
