Methodical approaches to assessment of actual level of reliability of commercial bank

In the article it is noted that reliability of banks is an important factor from the point of view of their appeal to investors, investors and other categories of clients. Therefore it is necessary a definition of degree of bank reliability by means of a mark assessment. The external user can estimate level of reliability of bank, analyzing his public reporting. For the Russian banks and their clients more and more actual is use of such technique of an assessment of their reliability excluding subjective opinion of the expert. The conclusion that in modern conditions the technique providing an objective assessment of level of their reliability is necessary for banks is drawn. Such technique and results of its approbation on an example of several banks is offered.
