Institutional and synergetic approaches to research of bank systems

In the article institutional bases of bank functioning in economic system are considered, transformation of their structural and functional characteristics in aspect of business cycles is revealed. Characteristics of bank as the organizations and bank as institute are opened, and also positive and negative feedback of a banking system with environment are revealed; the system of institutional functions of bank is proved.
