Tax federalism in system of maintenance of Russian financial safety

In the article the questions of ensuring financial safety in modern Russia through a prism of the inter-budgetary relations are considered. The role of tax federalism in the solution of problems of financial safety of federal state is investigated. Practice of formation of profitable base of regional and local budgets is studied. In order to ensure financial safety of the state need of modernization of national system of tax federalism for the direction of expansion of tax powers of regional and local authorities is proved.
