Article is devoted to research of experience of the centralized budgetary planning in Russia in the first quarter of the XVIII century on an example of the first summary financial document of Peter I - the budget of 1710. The preliminary work organized in 1709-1710, an order of interaction of the state and territories (provinces) at collection of information, sequence of actions by definition of the income and expenses of the state on 1710, and measures for reduction of state budget deficiency are considered.
