In the article a problem of high-quality measurement of features of the Russian market of transactions of merges and absorption (Mergers and acquisitions - M&A) is presented. A certain specifics of the market can be used in developing of "factors of correction" costs of the Russian transactions of M&A within a method of transactions (comparative approach to an assessment).
