The article is devoted to the analysis of the various points of view concerning creation of model of the Russian Federation financial system. The place and a role of public finance in a national financial system are shown. Influence of the factors forming public finance of the Russian Federation, their interrelation with national economy is investigated. The assessment of communication of being formed model of a financial system with the development concept "Strategy-2020" is given.
