The article is devoted to constructing a simulation model of the formation of the financial strategy of the enterprise. At the present stage of development of market relations has become necessary to develop a systematic approach to the development of financial strategies, study its system of key factors. A simulation model development and implementation of financial strategy is a sequence of actions, procedures, describe the process of defining and simulating the implementation of financial policy priorities, based on the methods, principles and elements of financial management.
