Increase of efficiency of investment crediting of enterprises of real sector by means of introduction of fundamental principles of German model of corporate governance

In the article it is noted that high degree of wear of fixed assets, need of carrying out complex modernization of the industrial enterprises, negative influence of the crisis phenomena assume considerable credit financing that demands development and increase of efficiency of investment crediting by banks of the industrial enterprises. Various aspects of the investment crediting, actual problems are analyzed, the plan of measures, the existing problems directed on overcoming, getting in the way developments of strategic integration of the industrial companies and banks is provided. The system of stage-by-stage mutual integration of bank and the industrial enterprise through application of bases of German model of the corporate governance which mass application can solve a problem of under-financing of real sector is developed.
