Measuring Russian M&A market's features and calculation of value multiples' correction

In article the problem of quantitative measurement of specifics of the Russian market of transactions of merges and absorption is considered. Author's factors of correction of cost of the Russian transactions of M&A; within the method of transactions (a comparative approach to an assessment) are developed, and integrated approach of process of an assessment is recreated.
