Development of mortgage lending system in aspect of legislation reforming

The article is devoted to a formation and development question in the Russian Federation of mortgage lending. The main conditions defining policy of banks by this type of crediting now are allocated. The assessment of influence on mortgage development in the Russian Federation as legislation existing rules, and those legal acts which can appear in the future is given. The accent is made on research of drafts of laws, and also possible changes in the current legislation which with the greatest probability will be accepted soon and will mention the considered sphere. Various opinions of scientists and experts of rather further development and regulation of system of mortgage lending are given.
