New initiatives in the field of regulation of bank risks

Post-crisis period identified several problems in the banking sector, the main one is the problem of banking risk management. In the present the trends in the management of banking risks, both in the Russian Federation and worldwide are examined. It focuses on changes in the Regulations of the Bank of Russia №110 - I from 16.01.2004 in the calculation of the adequacy of own funds (capital) of bank and the new requirements for capital adequacy - Basel III.
