Substantiation of functional account obligations of social insurance fund of the Russian Federation at the present stage

In the article on the basis of the analysis of foreign and Russian realization practice of social protection of hired workers the structure of functional account obligations of Social insurance fund of the Russian Federation is revealed. The author's classification (on insurance and not insurance) from a position of adequacy of social insurance is offered. The sources of additional financing of offered insurance functional obligations are considered.
