In the article the technique of an assessment of efficiency of execution of expenses of budgetary funds of the region is presented. Calculation on indicators of relative and structural deviation of expenses according to separate sections and subsections is offered. On results of rating assessment of efficiency of budget expenses execution is exposed. The analysis of budgetary funds expenses of the Perm region is presented.
