Discrete-continuum dualism principle in analysis of social-economic phenomena: payment and settlement system of Russia

In the article it is noted that now in social sciences the cognitive discord takes place. The reasons of emergence of the informative conflict are investigated and measures to its permission are offered. The new system and dichotomizing methodology of research which includes discrete and continuum approaches is presented. The illustration of methodological potential of discrete continuum principle on an example of payment and settlement system of Russia from 1834 for 1990 is carried out.
