Small business: availability of credit and banking innovation

In this article the specificity of the credit relations of the regional banks and their borrowers were investigated. Features of the relations of banks with small business in the region were researched. On domestic experience and the western achievements it is shown that the innovations of bank products of regional banks should be based on establishment of the steady, stable and confidential relations with clients.
