Methodical provision of the evaluation of effectiveness of budget investment in implementation of innovative project

In the article the main techniques, allowing to carry out an evaluation of effectiveness of the project of creation of the first hi-tech center of medical radiology in the Russian Federation are presented. Importance of the account in assessment of efficiency of the center of its geographical proximity to production of radio-nuclides of medical appointment is proved. The formalized model of an assessment of efficiency of the center and the requirement are given to initial information. The area of practical use of estimates of level of efficiency of the innovative project is defined.
