Distribution (allocation) of non-state pension fund on the basis of determining the stage of economic cycle

In the article the mechanism of NPF' own funds distribution not only in terms of "risk - yield", but also with requirements of major investors-participants and the fund social orientation are offered. NPF's means allocation is realized by Thomas L. Saaty analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Current state of economy is considered and the subsequent stage of business cycle is predicted.
