The structural and functional special features of regional banking system and way of its improvement

In the article banking sector as important segment regional of the economy are considered. Such concepts as "regional bank", "regional banking system", "regional financial market" are revealed. The structural and functional special features, which were established the economic and territorial features, which determine the structure of regional banking system. The ways of its improvement are examined are analyzed.
