In the article the questions of the regulation of trade in the financial services within the framework of the lawful mechanism of World Trade Organization and influence of this regulation on the competitive ability of the national suppliers of financial services are examined. Level assessment of degree of autonomy of different types of bank products in the conditions of the open markets is given.
