About standardization of quality of banking

In this article, a survey of the standardization of the quality of banking activities in the Russian federation, the analysis of several documents, including the standards adopted by the association of regional banks and approved for the voluntary introduction of Russian banks, it is shown that they have significant drawbacks that prevent the mass introduction of quality standards.
