Financial provision of state establishments: need and improvement directions

In the article it is noted that the organization of the budgetary financing of state establishments has essential differences which are caused by the special provision of this type of the public and municipal authorities in the public and municipal sector. Features of the mechanism of financial security of state establishments, and also prospects of its improvement taking into account modern requirements are considered.
