Features of the globalization of capital markets at the present stage

The processes of globalization of capital markets from standpoint of direction and intensity of foreign investment flows between countries, and size of net foreign direct investment stocks and international investment position are investigated in the article. Globalization of capital markets on the basis of analysis of volumes and dynamics of main indicators of its segments (stock exchange, banking, currency exchange, insurance markets, asset's management activity and IPO market), level of their internalization, and extent of launching of new instruments is considered.
