Using of foreign experience of financing of non-profit organizations in system of professional education

In the article methods of functioning of non-profit organizations in system of professional education in foreign countries are considered. Foreign experience shows to need of continuous expansion and improvement of methods of financing, change of structure of management by higher education institution, modification of legislative base in questions of the taxation of non-profit organizations. Using of foreign experience in the Russian Federation is offered.
