Financial leasing as the tool of corporate modernization in regional shipbuilding

World financial crisis was reflected in various industries of economy, in particular shipbuilding. There is need for the emergence of a new mechanism that allows shipbuilding exit from the financial impasse and develop. Leasing became such innovative mechanism of financing of domestic shipbuilding. The concept of development of ship-building industry of the Astrakhan region creation of corporate structures of industry in the form of holding is supposed. As option of corporate modernization of shipbuilding in the Astrakhan region the scheme of formation of holding on the basis of the leasing scheme led by the financial and industrial company which is carrying out a role of the lesser is offered.
