Conception and toolkit of the investment approach to pension funding

Pension system of Russia is in crisis, further progress of which has hampered by financing from the State budget. Causes of the crisis are a complex of factors which are disclosed and discussed in this article. Authors have their own vision of national pension scheme, which theoretically allows professional economists to manage pension savings and potential clients of customized pension funds to take personal feasible participation in their funding.
