Global crisis of money

In this article the author describes his vision of the causes of present global economic crisis. Above all, he examines them as global crisis of money which is a consequence of development of world economy and the global monetary system evolution. Here are showing up and systematizing the main tendencies of evolution and development of the present money, their new forms and phenomenon. In the article there is conceptual background of evolutionary money development and as a consequence of its crisis. The author justifies the need for a principally new scientific approach to the assessment of modern monetary system and gives a new vector for fundamental scientific researches in economics and the theory of financial crises in the proposed theory of monetary determination and appropriate monetary law.
