In connection with the crisis phenomena in the world economy, the debt problem, a problem of credit «bubble» leaves on the front pages of analytical news agencies and official releases of monetary regulators worldwide. However very few people from economists shows interest to the deep reasons of so large-scale financial crisis and to scientific bases of change of an economic and social paradigm of development of society.
