Transition from equalization of fiscal capacity schemes to the federal treasury budgetary credits to replenish the accounts of regional budgets

In this article there is given analysis of practice and publications about improving financial assistance of the Federal Budget to regional ones, there is also exposed the tendency of the number of subjects-recipients reduction and the transition from subsidy of such subjects towards the Russian Federal Treasure credit allocation to incensement of sub-federal budgets account means is substantiated.
