Lenin’s plan of banking reforming: experience of financing of industrialization in 1920

In the article it is noted that for the Russian Federation potential threat of reduction of prices of oil (respectively and reduction of the income) is constant, obvious and open. The situation was observed in the USSR in the 1920 y. when in the country there were no external sources of loan, and it was necessary to address to search of internal resources. Experience of reforming of credit system in the 1920-1930th which is unique (in the country the banking system which "made" money was created, using own internal possibilities) is investigated.
