Capital flight from Russia: threat or reality

In the article it is noted that the problem of the impossibility of effective control and predicting the entering and outgoing flows of capital becomes of ever of sharper acute, but it is often underestimated by the public organs, which lead by analysts and by economists. The agent- oriented model that as a result misalignments in the capital movement in favor of the most economically developed economies unavoidably appears the economic instability, which sooner or later are concluded with social and economic catastrophe is presented.
