Directions of development of pension system in the Russian Federation

Research of principles of the organization of pension system of the Russian Federation is presented in the article. In the article transition in long-term prospect to the pension system consisting of three elements is offered: the grant on an old age, personal accumulation and financing from the employer. Measures for maintenance with pensions of citizens in intermediate term prospect are considered. The mechanism of favorable placing of pension accumulation is described and the data on the basic participants in the market is shown.
