The problem of interaction of the large integrated structures and the states at realization of large national investment projects became greater urgency. The analysis of problems and specificity of activity of the large integrated structures with the state participation in building branch is presented in the article. It is concluded that the modern investment and building complex is a difficult system of interaction of various components, including the state.
