Development of tools of financial management of budgetary sphere

Last years in financial management of budgetary process began to be used such tools as indicators of an estimation of activity of subjects of budgetary planning, administrative regulations of granting of budgetary services, since 2012 planning of cost of budgetary services and working out of the state tasks for their performance is entered. It creates new possibilities of improvement of quality of management of budgetary expenses.
