In the article new factors forming modern tendencies, influencing on production efficiency and on condition of the modern market are considered. The market space, irrespective of in what sector of a market economy there were significant changes. Such interaction requires revealing original causes of transformation of conditions of managing and consequences of their effect on real sector of economy.
