About some theoretically and really possible balanced macroeconomic model

In the article the economic model in which it is system in a complex scientifically is offered the basic directions complete macroeconomic are proved (including tax) the politicians, allowing to estimate modern and to predict the future conditions concrete СОЭ (the balanced open economy). Directions of the further development of model are formulated.
