Moral institutions in M.V. Lomonosov’s financial ideas

The article describes the moral views of the institution in the financial and social activities M.V. Lomonosov. His genius is recognized by many researchers of his work. But he could do more to realize their creative potential, if not to waste power with him seeming enemies of Russian science. Then considerable, which was created by Lomonosov, is not always understood and perceived by his contemporaries. The financial outlook of M.V. Lomonosov on income from mining and processing of natural resources as an important source of state coffers are criticized.
