The problems of the realization of government control of the tax offenses under the existing imperative methods

The article is dedicated to the study of the contemporary state of government control of the tax offenses. The analysis of those appearing in the process of the realization of the tax control of problems is conducted; their influence on the realization of the activity of the RF Ministry of Finance in reaching of the transparency of tax system is investigated. Special attention is given to the possibilities of the development of tax control of the innovation activity within the framework of the program of government RF in the modernization of Russian economy. It is proposed to differentiate the existing problems at two levels – internal and external.
