Russian exchange bond market: a place in the global hierarchy

In modern conditions the value of bond markets significantly increases in the accumulation and redistribution of financial resources in many countries, including Russia. The activity of the worldwide stock market bonds, in general, and the Russian stock market bonds, in particular are analyzed in the article. The research is based on an analysis of the dynamics of the primary and secondary global exchange of the bond market during the period 2009-2010. It is concluded that the role and significance of the Russian bond market in the structure of the global debt market.
