Nowadays estimation of credit potential becomes one of the most popular banking management instruments which should be investigated perfectly, in Russian economic environment especially. Now, when banks develop retailing business, problems of evaluation of credit potential of retail banking products are theoretically and practically important. This article presents the original methods of estimation of specific credit transaction-oriented retail banking. The conclusion is made that the potential of retailing banking products selling is determined by regions social and economic development and by risks of commercial bank branch net activity and presentation.
