The author's model of development, the supporting of Finance as a system of cash flow is offered in the article.  The historical and methodological aspects of the formation of ideas about finances as a form of motion are considered.  The main stages of this area of financial theory are structured. The corresponding each phase of the basic theoretical concepts are presented.
