Modernization of the regional financial systems: tools and priorities

Under the effect of the crisis phenomena in the Russian economy the problem of the creation of the adequate financial guarantee of economic development of regions acquired recently an even larger urgency. Different aspects of the transformation of regional financial system are in this article analyzed, are revealed the reasons, which impede effective formation and distribution of financial resources by each structural component of financial system, tools and priority directions of the modernization of regional financial system are designated.
