European currency union: from the Maastrikhtsk agreement to the debt crisis

In the article the reason and the process of the flow of the debt crisis in the European economic and currency union are examined. The possibility of the output of the individual countries from this union in connection with the debt crisis is analyzed. The possible measures for averting and similar opposition to crisis are formulated.
