The evolution of the profitable part of the total budget of the European Union

In the article it is noted that the total budget of the European Union is the important part of the contemporary world financial system. It is differed both from the budgets of different international organizations and from the budgets of individual states. The evolution of the profitable part of the total budget the European Union in 1970-2009 yr is investigated. The income behavior and change in its structure is examined. The characteristic of the basic sources of income of budget, their tendencies and prospects is made.
