Legal risks of banks when dealing with debit and credit cards

In the article in the course of a study were generalized the standard of the Russian legislation, which regulate bank activity in the spheres of control of bank risks and organization of work with the pay maps. The practice of the conclusion of a treaty by Russian banks is analyzed and their brief enumeration is given. The estimation of a number of the positions of the rules of international pay systems and their correspondence to Russian right is realized.
