About the some sums of the pension reform in Russia

In the article it is noted that one of the most significant sums of the pension reform, which was begun in Russia in 2002; is the introduction into the system of the required pension insurance of storage component. In the opinion the number of experts, precisely, this innovation is erroneous, since it does not relate to the interests of the insured persons and it is alien to lawful nature of required pension insurance. However, as considers the author, such assertions as the minimum are not completely correct. For the substantiation of this position it is proposed to examine some sums of pension reform.
