Investment climate in the Russian Federation: problems of the investment attractiveness of the national economy

In the article it is noted that the consequences of world financial crisis, the affected the economy Russian Federation, revealed the essential shortage of investments in the country. The problems of the creation of favorable investment climate in RF for purposes of the attraction of national and foreign investments acquire ever greater urgency. The special features, inherent in Russian economy, are determined; the specific character of control of investment process is shown. The analysis of the investment attractiveness of Russian economy on the world arena and the investment situation inside the country is carried out. The conclusion is made that state must ensure the creation of favorable investment climate by the introduction of new urgent orientations into the system of the control of the country.
