Formation and the development of the system of the land-mortgage crediting

In the article it is noted that the institute of land- mortgage crediting is one of the most important prerequisites of investment investments into the agricultural production and the proper functioning of the more advanced mechanism of the crediting of agricultural organizations. The advantages of the guarantee of land sections and the reasons, which restrain the formation of mortgage agricultural crediting, are examined. The factors, which influence to the development of the system of land- mortgage crediting, are analyzed. The directions of the realization of the mechanism of formation and development of the system of land- mortgage crediting are proposed.
