Comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of cluster analysis for leasing companies

Results of applying cluster analysis to determine the position of the leasing company are presented. Cluster analysis is a method which allows through selected key factors describing the volume of new business, the current company’s portfolio and the amount received lease payments, reliably establish the current position of the company and on the basis of received information to develop strategic alternatives for the company’s future.
