The stimulating value of the remuneration for labor and its justifying function

In the article it is noted that the creation of the effective system of stimulation is one of the most important tasks of contemporary management. The basic conditions for the realization of the stimulating action of wages for the working behavior of personnel are investigated, the interrelation of concepts «stimulating role» and «stimulating function» of wages, the criteria of the systematization of the functions of wages are proposed.
